Your Website Timeline
Our website projects follow a simple, step-by-step timeline to keep everything on track. We start with planning and design, then move into development where your site is built, styled, and filled with content. After thorough testing and revisions, we launch your site and provide post-launch support to ensure it runs smoothly. Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on project size.
The Process
Step 1 (1-3 Days)
Discovery & Planning
Meet with client; discuss goals, target audience, features, style.
Gather content; logo, images, product info, text. Create sitemap (what pages will exist).
Write contract + set deadlines.
Step 2 (2-5 Days)
Wireframe/Mockup
Sketch or design homepage + key page layouts. Show client a wireframe (barebones structure) or mockup (styled preview).
Revise once or twice based on feedback.
Step 3 (1-2 Weeks)
Development/Build
Set up hosting/domain (if client doesn’t already have it).
Install CMS (Shopify, WordPress, custom, etc.). Build structure, header, footer, navigation. Add content, text, products, images, blog posts. Style with theme/custom design.
Step 4 (2-3 Days)
Testing
Test on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Check loading speed.
Test forms, checkout, and links.
Fix bugs and errors.
Step 5 (2-3 Days)
Review & Revisions
Send site preview link to client.
Get feedback; change wording, images, layout. Final polish on SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, alt text).
Step 6 (1 Day)
Launch Site
Point domain to live site. Test everything live (checkout, forms, navigation). Do a “soft launch” (just client sees first), then announce publicly.
Step 7
Post-Launch Support
Offer training (how to update products or blog posts). Fix bugs/issues.
Offer monthly maintenance (backups, updates, SEO tweaks).
